Extended temperature range and wide range power input

The heart of the RUGGED T1000 – an Intel® Core® i5-10500TE CPU with up to 6x 3.7 GHz – is combined with both an Intel® UHD Graphics 630 and an NVIDIA® Quadro® T1000 graphics card. As standard, the system is equipped with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512 GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD.

The extended temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, a wide range power input of 9 – 48V and the passively cooled housing ensure that the Mini-PC can be used not only outdoors but also in vehicles.

Battery pack, 4G, PoE and GPS module

As befits one of the spo-comm RUGGED PCs, the T1000 model can also be expanded with numerous modules. In addition to a 4G module, this also includes a battery pack, which ensures that Windows shuts down properly. A GPS module and a PoE module are also optionally available in order to adapt the system optimally to individual requirements.

Connection diversity with 10x LAN, 4x USB and 3x COM

The front and back panel of the housing, measuring 95 x 260 (with wall bracket 290) x 250 mm, has a large number of connections. These include five video outputs (3x DisplayPort 1.2, 2x HDMI 2.0b), 10x RJ45 GbE LAN ports and three COM RS 232/422/485 ports. A total of 4 USB 3.2 Gen 1×1 interfaces are available for connecting the system to other devices and exchanging data. The system also has 2x SIM card slots.

The RUGGED T1000 can optionally be equipped with WiFi or an operating system, depending on requirements. Ubuntu, Windows 11 Pro and Windows 10 IoT are available.

Fanless tablet for industry

The RUGGED Tab 8A is part of the spo-comm industrial tablets and completes the range at the entry level. . The tablet is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 CPU, 8GB RAM and a 128 GB eMMC SSD. The robust housing with passive cooling is paired with an extended temperature range and numerous extensions. This means that the system can be used in industry or logistics.  

Integrated 5G module and optional accessories  

The RUGGED Tab 8A is not only equipped with a fixed CPU, RAM and SSD, but also with an Android 12 operating system. In addition to a line-out connection, the tablet has a USB 2.0 port, two SIM card slots and a USB type C for charging and data transfer. Depending on the application, various accessories can be selected, including a 2D scanner, a backup battery or a docking station.

Industrial tablet with optional accessories

The RUGGED Tab 10 i5 is equipped with an Intel® Core i5-1235U CPU, 16 GB RAM and a 128 GB m.2 SSD equipped. The robust housing has space for the most important connections and can be supplemented with a wide range of accessories, such as a 2D scanner or a docking station. This makes the tablet the perfect companion in application areas that require high performance for demanding software, e.g. in construction site management and logistics.

Bridge battery, integrated WiFi, optional operating system

Despite its active cooling, the tablet has an extended temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and is dust and waterproof to IP65. The integrated bridge battery ensures that the time is bridged when the battery is changed and uninterrupted work is possible. The RUGGED Tab 10 i5 is already equipped with Wi-Fi and can be upgraded with either Windows 11 Pro or Windows 10 IoT. The display has a size of 10.1″ with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels.

3x 4K for digital signage applications

The ONE H610 is equipped with a powerful Intel® Core® i5-12400, 16GB RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD. Thanks to its integrated Intel® UHD graphics unit, three video outputs (1x DisplayPort, 2x HDMI), which enable a maximum resolution of 4096×2160@60Hz (4K) on 3 screens, and the compact dimensions of just 36 x 180 x 180 mm (H x W x D), the system is perfect for use in price-sensitive digital signage applications where space is at a premium.  

Optional equipment and connections for Thin Client

As is usual with spo-comm industrial PCs, the ONE H610 can also be optionally equipped with Windows 11 Professional and Windows 10 IoT. There is also the option of WiFi.  

Despite its small dimensions, the housing of the ONE H610 offers an enormous variety of connections, including two audio ports (line-out and mic-in), a Kensington lock and a SIM card slot. A Gigabit LAN port and a total of 9x USB ports (4x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2×1, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1×1, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1×1 Type C) are also located on the housing and also enable use as a thin client.

ONE J6412 – Entry-level PC for industry

The ONE J6412 is a mini PC from our entry-level series, the ONE series, which is equipped with a passively cooled Intel Celeron J6412 processor, 8GB RAM and a 128GB eMMC SSD. RUGGED Q470E – Robustness meets versatility

Our RUGGED Q470E is ideal for classic industrial applications as well as for Industry 4.0 and automation. With dimensions of 242 x 240 x 85 mm, the housing offers numerous interfaces that are important for industry, including 4 COM ports, 8 USB ports (4x 3.0 and 4x 3.1 Gen 2) and 8 Gigabit LAN ports. The BRICK J3455E is a passively cooled industrial PC in a robust metal housing measuring just 155 x 200 x 55 mm. This, and the extended temperature range of -10°C to +55°C, makes it ideal for use in demanding environments. Fanless industrial control computer 

The ONE J6412 combines the eponymous Intel® Celeron® J6412 processor with 8GB RAM and a 128GB eMMC SSD. In contrast to the two other ONE systems H610 and i5, the ONE J6412 is passively cooled and can therefore – and because of its COM RS232 interface – be used as a low-cost computer for industrial control.

Integrated WiFi and small dimensions 

The ONE J6412 comes with a fanless housing measuring just 30 x 116 x 107 mm (H x W x D). In addition to the COM port already mentioned, the Mini-PC has four USB 3.2 ports, one DisplayPort 1.2 and one HDMI 2.0. A Gigabit LAN and two audio ports can also be found on the housing.

Like all spo-comm Mini-PCs, the ONE J6412 can also be equipped with an optional operating system. WiFi is already integrated here, as is a VESA mount.

Compact multi-monitor PC

The heart of the ONE i5 is the Intel® Core™ i5-1235U CPU, which is paired with 16GB RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD. The compact housing (24 mm x 240 mm x 174 mm) offers three HDMI 2.0 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4, which enable content to be played in a resolution of 7680×4320@60Hz (8K). This makes the ONE i5 the perfect PC for multi-monitor applications.  

HDMI-In for streaming and other connections

Thanks to the HDMI-in port, the system is also ideal wherever incoming video signals are processed, for example for all streamers and creative people.

The ONE i5 has a variety of ports, including one Gigabit and one 2.5 Gbps LAN port, as well as six USB 2.0, two USB 3.2 and one USB 3.1 Type C port. There are also two audio ports, a Kensington lock and a SIM card slot on the casing. As usual with the spo-comm Mini-PCs, the ONE i5 can be optionally equipped with an operating system and WiFi.

2x DisplayPort for 4K digital signage

The CORE 3 is perfect for use as a digital signage player in environments where space is at a premium. At the heart of the housing, measuring just 36mm x 147mm x 165mm (H x W x D), is a powerful Intel® Core® i3-N305 processor with 8 efficiency cores with max. speed. 3.8 GHz. This is supported by up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM and up to 2 TB of M.2 NVMe SSD, as well as the integrated Intel® UHD graphics unit. Thanks to the 2 DisplayPort 1.4a ports (optionally an additional one via USB C), content can be displayed in a resolution of 4K @ 60 Hz on 3 screens simultaneously.

Optional COM port, 2x LAN and extended temperature range

But the new system is not only suitable for DS applications. Our CORE 3 also feels right at home in industrial environments, such as industrial control applications. This is ensured by the extended temperature range of 0°C to +60°C, two LAN ports (1x 2.5 Gbps) and a COM RS232/422/485 connection.

Thin client and a total of 6x USB

The super-compact mini PC offers various connections for different applications. In addition to two audio ports (1x MIC-IN and 1x LINE-OUT) and a USB 3.2 Gen1 on the front panel of the CORE 3, there are four more USB ports (2x 3.2 Gen2, 2x 3.2 Gen1) on the back. As usual with spo-comm PCs, the CORE 3 can also be optionally equipped with Windows 11 Professional, Windows 10 IoT and Ubuntu. There is also the option for WiFi. For this reason, the CORE can also be used as a thin client.
