Product / Solution

The harsh and noisy environment within production poses very specific challenges for digital information systems. On the one hand, the appropriate display of information that is perceived under the environmental conditions mentioned, and on the other hand, reliable hardware. The PIN digital signage software developed by m.i.b. was used for the display, and its flexible approach makes it easy to fulfill such individual requirements. The spo-book WINDBOX II is used as the player. The fanless design minimizes the risk of contamination, as well as the risk of failure. This effect is supported by the low power consumption of just 14 watts.

Conclusion

The combination of suitable hardware and software led to the desired success. The systems ran reliably from day one and far exceeded the customer’s expectations.
