Extensive connections such as USB 3.2 Gen 2×1, Gigabit LAN, microSD and USB Alt Mode (16K-capable) ensure maximum connectivity. A optional 4G LTE support and a Windowsยฎ Hello camera (5 MP) enable secure working and flexible communication. The Hot-swap battery (64Wh, 8340mAh) allows the battery to be changed during operation for uninterrupted work. With MIL-STD-810G and IP65 certification, it is shockproof, dust and water resistant and can withstand temperatures from -10ยฐC to +50ยฐC.

A wide range of accessories is available for individual requirements, including vehicle and office docks, stylus pens and the integrated 2D barcode scanner for data capture. Die Teststellung ist fรผr 30 Tage kostenfrei und rรคumt Ihnen ein 30tรคgiges Rรผckgaberecht ein. Sie bekommen hierzu noch separat eine Nachricht durch einen unserer Mitarbeiter.ย 

Rahmenbedingungen

Testzeitraum

  • Das Gerรคt wird dem Kunden zu Testzwecken fรผr einen Zeitraum von 30 Tagen, jeweils ab Zustellung, kostenfrei zur Verfรผgung gestellt.
  • Im Bedarfsfall kann dieser Zeitraum nach Rรผcksprache mit uns verlรคngert werden.

Rechnungsstellung

  • Falls Ihre Tests positiv verlaufen, stellen wir Ihnen eine Rechnung und Sie behalten das Gerรคt.
  • Sollte nach Ablauf des Testzeitraums keine Rรผcksendung oder zumindest eine Information. bzgl. der weiteren Vorgehensweise erfolgt sein, so werden die Gerรคte in Rechnung gestellt.
  • Eine Rรผcknahme ist nach Rechnungsstellung ausgeschlossen.
  • Bei Rechnungsstellung wird der in der Auftragsbestรคtigung aufgefรผhrte Betrag fรคllig.

Rรผcksendung

  • Eine kostenfreie Rรผcknahme der Teststellung erfolgt nur bei einwandfreier Betriebsfertigkeit (wie Auslieferzustand) und ohne jegliche optische Verรคnderung bzw. Beschรคdigung.
  • Die Rรผcksendung der Teststellung muss im Originalkarton erfolgen.

Entschรคdigung

  • Bei Fehlen oder Beschรคdigung des Originalkartons, bei Beschรคdigung des Testsystems (z.B. durch Kratzer), bei Fehlen von Zubehรถr bzw. gelieferten Komponenten behalten wir uns das Recht vor eine Aufwandspauschale in Hรถhe von mind. 20% des in der Auftragsbestรคtigung aufgefรผhrten Betrages zu erheben.
  • Bei Vorinstallation eines Betriebssystems durch die Fa. spo-comm GmbH und Nichtabnahme der Teststellung wird eine Installationspauschale von 25,00 โ‚ฌ netto in Rechnung gestellt.

After you have entered your data in the form, your trial request will be sent to us with your desired configuration. The trial is free of charge for 30 days and gives you a 30-day right of return. You will receive a separate message from one of our employees.

Basic conditions

Testing period:

  • A Test sample is made available to the customer for test purposes for a period of 30 days, from delivery – without charge.
  • In case of need, this period can be extended after consultation with us.

Invoicing:

  • If your tests results are positive, you can simply keep the system and we will send you the invoice.
  • If the system will not return after this period it will be charged, if we did not receive any other information. Already charged test samples will not be accepted on return.
  • Returns are excluded after invoicing.
  • The amount stated in the order confirmation is due when the invoice is issued.

Returning your test sample:

  • The charge free return of test samples is possible to all test samples in perfect condition, without any optical or technical modification.
  • The system has to be returned in the original packaging.

Compensation:

  • In case of return, if the system or original packaging is damaged, if accessories or delivered components are missing, we reserve the right to charge a fee of minimum 20% of the total amount listed in the order confirmation.
  • If the test sample was delivered with a pre-installed operating system a lump-sum amount of 25,00 โ‚ฌ ex. TVA will be charged, in case the test sample is not purchased.
