Is the BOX N150 the successor to the BOX J6412?

Yes, the BOX N150 is positioned as the direct successor to the proven BOX J6412. It retains a very similar compact form factor, but offers a more modern and powerful Intel® N150 platform and more interfaces. Upgrading from existing BOX J6412 installations is generally straightforward, as the BOX N150 can be easily integrated into existing enclosures, mounts and application scenarios.


For which applications is the BOX N150 particularly suitable?

The BOX N150 is ideal for industrial, kiosk, digital signage, embedded and edge applications. Its compact design, 24/7 operation and modern hardware platform make it particularly suitable for price-sensitive projects, series installations and tenders.


What display connections does the BOX N150 offer?

The BOX N150 has two HDMI 2.0 ports with support for up to 4K @ 60 Hz as well as DisplayPort via USB-C (Alt Mode). This allows modern multi-display setups to be implemented flexibly, even where space is limited.


What is required to use the DisplayPort via USB-C?

To use the DisplayPort output via USB-C, either a monitor with a DisplayPort-capable USB-C input or an adapter cable from USB-C to DisplayPort, HDMI or another desired standard is required. It is important that the cable or adapter used supports DisplayPort Alt mode.

Basic conditions

Testing period:

  • A Test sample is made available to the customer for test purposes for a period of 30 days, from delivery – without charge.
  • In case of need, this period can be extended after consultation with us.

Invoicing:

  • If your tests results are positive, you can simply keep the system and we will send you the invoice.
  • If the system will not return after this period it will be charged, if we did not receive any other information. Already charged test samples will not be accepted on return.
  • Returns are excluded after invoicing.
  • The amount stated in the order confirmation is due when the invoice is issued.

Returning your test sample:

  • The charge free return of test samples is possible to all test samples in perfect condition, without any optical or technical modification.
  • The system has to be returned in the original packaging.

Compensation:

  • In case of return, if the system or original packaging is damaged, if accessories or delivered components are missing, we reserve the right to charge a fee of minimum 20% of the total amount listed in the order confirmation.
  • If the test sample was delivered with a pre-installed operating system a lump-sum amount of 25,00 € ex. TVA will be charged, in case the test sample is not purchased.
