Payment Methods
For ordering goods in our online catalog you are able to choose one of the following payment method
- T/T in advance
- PayPal (further information at: https://www.paypal.com/de)
- by credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
- on account 10 days net (only after verification or for existing customers)
Regarding the topic of online payment we take security and data safety seriously. That’s why we work with one of the leading payment service providers, Stripe.
Transaction details are encrypted by using 128-bit SSL certificates in order to provide maximum data security. Stripe’s servers are protected by 256-bit encryption standards. In addition, Stripe has a level 1 certificate that confirms compliance with the PCI DSS data security standards introduced by the payment industry.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped by UPS. Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of each shipment. Standard shipping to Germany is free of charge for orders of € 1500 or more. Shipping to other EU countries is free of charge for orders of € 3000 or more. There is an extra charge for express delivery.
By sending you the order confirmation we will inform you about the shipping costs of your order.
spo-comm ships to all European countries. Shipping to other countries is possible, as long as there are no export restrictions. Please contact us for more information.
