Visually, the KUMO VI has the familiar spo-comm industrial PC look. However, there is much more behind the robust metal housing with dimensions of 208 x 204 x 61 mm (W x D x H). At the core of the KUMO VI is an 11th generation Intelยฎ Coreยฎ i5 CPU (11400H) with 6 cores and a performance of up to 4.5 GHz each. The processor is supported by up to 64 GB of RAM and up to three mass storage devices in the form of two M.2 NVMe and a SATA SSD. Another highlight of this system is the dedicated Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card with 6GB of integrated VRAM.
The dedicated RTX 3060 graphics card is combined with a total of 4 video outputs, 2 of which are HDMI 2.1 and 2 DisplayPort 1.4a. This allows content to be played in a resolution of 8K (7680 x 4320 @ 60Hz). But the KUMO VI doesn't stop there: thanks to the 6GB GDDR6 RAM and 3840 CUDA cores integrated in the Nvidia graphics card, the industrial PC can also be used for demanding digital signage applications such as virtual reality, augmented reality, machine learning or ray tracing.
The housing of the KUMO VI not only scores points with its 4 video outputs, but has even more to offer. The two audio outputs Line Out and Mic In are located on the front, as well as one of the 5 USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports, an SD card slot and the Thunderbolt 4 interface. In addition to the video outputs (2x HDMI and 2x DisplayPort), the four remaining USB 3.1 Gen 2 and two LAN ports (one of which is 2.5 Gbps) are located on the rear.
