We support our employees with individually tailored further training, from Chamber of Industry and Commerce seminars to part-time degree courses. Nine young talents have already successfully completed their training with us – whether as an IT systems administrator, IT specialist, systems electronics technician or in marketing communications. And the best thing is that all of them were taken on by our team after completing their training.
