Cash in with spo-comm. The new POS models

POS systems are now available from spo-comm. We start with two models. Both rely on proven fanless hardware from Intel and are operated via a 15” touchscreen.

spo-book POS NM10

The robust system stands on a stable base and is operated via the 15'' touch panel with resistive touch. In addition to a Dual Core Atom CPU and 2 gigabytes of RAM, a 320 GB hard disk is also available. There are connections for magnetic card readers, customer screens and a cash drawer. Other serial, USB and network interfaces are also available, e.g. for receipt printers. These are mounted under a cover so that the cables can be laid inconspicuously using a guide. Windows 7 and Windows 7 Embedded POS ready are available as operating systems on request.

spo-book POS NM10 slim

The model has a narrow touchscreen with a flat surface. This is not only easy to maintain, but also offers IP65 protection. The other hardware corresponds to the entry-level spo-book POS NM10 system.
