The new Mini PC continues to impress with its built-in state-of-the-art Intel Atom technology, but now has an additional interface for monitors in addition to the standard DVI interface with HDMI - on which razor-sharp images and videos in Full HD can now be displayed.
Other highlights of the powerful device include the unrestricted use of 64-bit operating systems and the extended RAM: up to 4 GB RAM compared to the previous 2 GB RAM. Energy consumption is also top: at maximum performance, only around 19 watts are consumed - thanks to the very powerful but extremely economical combination of a powerful graphics processor and a particularly energy-efficient processor. As far as external influences are concerned, the Plus model also scores with strong performance: It runs smoothly at temperatures from 0 °C to 40 °C and even humidity of up to 90 percent cannot stop its performance.
The WINDBOXII Plus will be available exclusively from spo-comm for spo-comm partners from mid-April 2012, for all other customers from mid-May. The predecessor model, the WINDBOXII, is of course still available. Thanks to the same design, the WINDBOXII Plus can easily and quickly replace the previous model without any user effort.
At around 1.5 kilograms, the new Mini PC is an easy-to-handle lightweight, which makes installation easier and takes up little space at the same time.
