NEW: WINDBOX II Pro – all-rounder for DS & industry

In cooperation with MSI IPC, spo-comm is launching the new WINDBOX II Pro. With the latest Intel Celeron J3455E processor and the ability to connect three 4K screens, the mini PC is even more professional than its predecessor and enables a wide range of applications.

High-performance and energy-saving

An Intel Celeron J3455E with four times 1.5 GHz (max. 2.3 GHz), supported by up to 8 GB DDR3 RAM, ensures increased performance. A 2.5" SSD with up to 1 TB is used as mass storage. With a TDP of just 10 watts, the WINDBOX II Pro consumes considerably less power than its predecessor, the WINDBOX II Quad. The new addition can also output a resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz on three independent screens - perfect for a wide range of digital signage applications.

Super-flat and fanless

To ensure long-term availability and to make it easier to switch to the new model, the external dimensions of the passively cooled, robust metal housing have remained the same. At 180 x 255 x 19 millimeters, the WINDBOX II Pro is extremely flat and can be perfectly concealed behind screens, for example, where it can be mounted in accordance with standards thanks to the VESA bracket supplied. DIN rail brackets are also available as an option. As befits an industrial PC, it can be used in the extended temperature range from -10°C to +50°C without any problems.

Connection diversity thanks to COM and three times multimedia

Thanks to its numerous connections, the all-rounder can be used in a variety of ways. On the front panel, next to the power button, there is a COM port (RS-232/422/485) for industrial applications as well as an HDMI 2.0 and two DisplayPort 1.2. This also makes the mini PC the perfect triple display digital signage player. There are two LAN ports, four USB ports (1x 2.0, 3x 3.1 Gen1) and a jack connection for audio (MIC IN/LINE OUT) on the back panel.
