Current situation with hard disks – reactions from spo-comm

18.01.2012

The supply situation for hard disks has continued to improve over the past two weeks. This prompted us to go back to the 160GB hard disk as standard.

Hard disk drive prices have also fallen slightly, but are still considerably higher than before the flood disaster and, according to feedback from hard disk drive manufacturers, the hard disk drive market is expected to return to normal towards the end of the second quarter. Of course, we will promptly consider any improvements, especially in terms of price. In any case, we could and can still rule out delays in delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
