What’s more, the industrial PC is extremely energy-efficient, consuming a maximum of only around 45 watts.

Robust & fanless for harsh industrial applications

The BRICK J3455E is housed in a robust metal casing and is passively cooled, as befits an industrial PC. Thanks to the closed housing with dimensions of just 155 x 200 x 55 mm, the system can also be used in harsh or dusty environments, even where there is not much space available. The BRICK operates in an extended temperature range of -10°C to +55°C and is therefore suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications. The system can be easily mounted and secured using the wall bracket and optional DIN rail brackets.

6x COM and 4x USB 3.2 Gen 1

The first thing that catches the eye when you look at the system is probably the 6 COM ports on the front of the BRICK J3455E. The power button, two antenna ports, two USB 2.0 ports and the audio connections (1x MIC IN and 1x LINE OUT) can also be found on the front.

This is complemented by a further four USB 3.2 Gen 1 interfaces and two LAN ports on the rear. The DisplayPort and HDMI video outputs are also located here, which can be used to control two screens simultaneously and play content in a resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz.

The most important data at a glance:

CPU: Intel® Celeron J3455E, 4 x 1.5 GHz up to 2.3 GHz

RAM: Up to 8GB SO-DDR3 LP

1x SSD/HDD: up to 960 GB

Max.
